Talented Medical Solutions seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) for a permanent, part-time role in Denver, CO. The OTA will split duties between The Courtyards at Mountain View and Juniper Village Aurora, with a 30-hour workweek and a Monday–Friday schedule.
Responsibilities include delivering OTA interventions, implementing individualized plans, supporting ADLs, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to enhance residents' independence and quality of life.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team in Denver, Colorado. The position is based at The Courtyards at Mountain View, a gorgeous assisted living community in Denver, with the role also supporting Juniper Village Aurora. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working across both locations as needed.
New graduates are welcome to apply; compensation for new graduates will be aligned with their experience, clinical background, and level of expertise.

Provide occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans based on each resident's functional needs and goals
Assist residents with improving independence in activities of daily living
Provide therapeutic activities designed to support strength, coordination, mobility, balance, and functional performance
Monitor resident progress and communicate observations with the supervising OT and care team
Document treatments, progress, and resident responses accurately and timely
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies and adaptive techniques
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
Provide services at both The Courtyards at Mountain View and Juniper Village Aurora as assigned
Maintain a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment for residents
Current Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) license or eligibility for licensure in Colorado
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
