Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility partner in Olivia, MN. This Full Time role features a $5,000 sign-on bonus plus tuition reimbursement, with Part Time or PRN options also available.

As the OT leader in the facility, you will plan, organize, develop, and direct Occupational Therapy services, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards and delivering high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice required.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct Occupational Therapy services in the facility.
• Supervise therapy sessions and document treatment plans and progress.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
