Qualifications

• Must have an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Must have active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Screen residents to determine best intervention or treatment.
• Follow treatment plans and goals with supervision.
• Interpret and communicate findings to residents, families, and team.
• Establish resident therapy schedules with team members.
• Conduct therapy according to plan and document billing.
• Perform additional duties to effectively treat patients.
• Ensure CMS documentation standards are met daily.

Education

Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy
