Responsibilities

• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment to patients under supervision of an OT.
• Assesses patient progress and documents outcomes; communicates with supervising OT to adjust treatments.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients and families regarding physical disorders.
• Contributes to discharge planning with supervisor and clinical team.
