Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facilities in Albuquerque. We offer mentorship, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You’ll provide evidence-based, skilled therapy under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, and help residents improve their functional abilities and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant license is required.
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Delivers skilled therapy services to patients needing rehabilitation.
• Assesses and documents patient progress and adjusts treatments with supervising OT.
• Provides counseling to patients and families regarding physical disorders.
• Contributes to discharge summaries per regulatory requirements.
