Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facilities. Licensed OTAs will deliver skilled therapy under OT supervision, participate in evidence-based practice, and contribute to patient recovery and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant credential required.
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.
• Experience with evidence-based practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize evidence-based interventions to guide treatments.
• Provide skilled therapy and rehabilitative services under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Communicate with supervising OT and care teams to optimize discharge planning.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and families.
