Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Screen residents to determine the best intervention per scope of practice.
• Implement treatment plans and follow short- and long-term goals.
• Communicate findings to residents, families, and the inter-disciplinary team.
• Schedule therapy sessions in coordination with team members.
• Document and bill for OT services per CMS standards.
• Perform duties as required to effectively treat patients.
