Responsibilities

• Screen residents to determine best intervention for each patient.
• Implement treatment plans following established goals and plans of care.
• Communicate evaluation findings and recommendations to residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Establish resident therapy schedules in collaboration with team members.
• Document and bill OT services per CMS standards.
• Perform other duties to effectively treat patients as assigned.
• Comply with CMS documentation standards daily.

Education
