Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant in a skilled nursing facility in Pennsylvania. The OTA will help return residents to optimal physical function, educate on ongoing exercises, and support discharge planning under the supervision of the OT and DOR. Requires an OTA license and an associate’s degree.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited college.
• Must hold a current and valid OTA license from the state of employment.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate EHR and service delivery software.

Responsibilities

• Restore patient to optimal physical function in a SNF setting.
• Instruct the patient in maintaining function after discharge through education and independent exercise.
• Work under supervision of the OT and Director of Rehabilitation to meet goals.
