The OT Assistant helps restore residents’ function, supports therapy goals, and educates patients for post-discharge independence under supervision. We offer on-demand/weekly pay options and a supportive, award‑winning workplace.

We seek an Associate’s degree holder with an OTA license, plus good computer skills and teamwork. Shifts: Days, Full-Time; wage competitive.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited college.
• Current and valid license granted by the state of employment.
• Current and valid OTA license granted by the state of employment.
• Basic computer skills; ability to navigate EHR and service delivery software.

Responsibilities

• Return patient to optimal physical function in SNF setting.
• Facilitate achievement of patient, physician, and therapy goals.
• Instruct patient in maintaining function post-discharge via education and independent exercise under supervision.
