Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist eligible to practice in the state.
• Open to applicants of all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive/ADL disorders and develop care plans.
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practices.
• Provide rehabilitative and clinically necessary treatments for cognitive/ADL impairments.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities and assistive devices.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments; document outcomes in the clinical record.
• Provide counseling to patients and families about the diagnosis and plan.
• Communicate progress with supervisor and health team; prepare discharge summaries.
