Job summary

TheraDynamics, a therapist-owned rehabilitation company, is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant to support SNF patients recovering from strokes and fractures. You will help design functional interventions to improve ADLs and safety for discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible for New York State OTA license.
• NBCOT certification (or eligible).

Responsibilities

• You assist OT in procedures and treatments to support functional independence.
• Develop individualized treatment plans addressing ADLs and cognitive skills.
• Collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and social work for coordinated care.
• Address home safety, adaptive equipment needs, and caregiver training.
