Key Rehab is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) for a SNF setting in Hillsboro/Whitewater, KS. You will implement OT plans, advance patient progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.

Qualifications

• Accredited OTA program graduate with an active COTA license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year in the field in a related role.
• Compliance with Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and all relevant state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement care plans developed by the OT, ensuring adherence to protocols.
• Advance patient progress and adjust treatment as directed by the PT to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate and enhance patient care.
