Occupational Therapy (OT) Assistant - Archbold Brooks Hospital

Position Description

• Implement and document patient treatment per plan of care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Provide formal and informal teaching to patients and their family members.
• Notify therapists of changes in patient status and document in the medical record.
• Complete progress notes accurately and legibly and submit in a timely manner.

Experience/Education:

• Graduate of an accredited two-year occupational therapy assistant program.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the State of Georgia.
• BCLS certified.
• Experience preferred.
