Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Defects Senior Architecture & Governance Analyst to join the Operational Technology team. You will support defects tracking, governance, and security/compliance across OT environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, compliant operations.

Responsibilities include leading defect cycles, reporting progress, and providing architecture oversight while aligning with enterprise standards and LEAN process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with OT environments and governance.
• End-to-end defects management experience.
• Ability to build SOPs, trackers and reporting templates.
• Knowledge of security architecture design and assessment for OT.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (NERC CIP, NIST CSF, ISO 27001).
• Experience with ServiceNow and Optro platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead defect intake, triage and remediation cycles.
• Track and report on defects, risks and remediation progress.
• Facilitate defect review meetings and follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Provide architecture oversight for OT designs, approvals for OT systems and controls.
