EY is seeking an OT Senior Architecture & Governance Issues/Defect Solution Analyst to join our Operational Technology team. The role focuses on governance, architecture oversight, and defect resolution across OT environments to ensure security, compliance, and operational excellence.

You will collaborate with OT architects, cybersecurity, and product owners to drive issue resolution, track defects, and lead governance initiatives, with a strong emphasis on risk assessment and LEAN improvements.

Competenze

• Experience with OT environments and governance.
• Experience with end-to-end issues management and defects.
• Experience with defect intake, exception review, and change workflows.
• Ability to build SOPs, trackers, and reporting templates.
• Familiarity with OT safety, quality, and production considerations.

Mansioni

• Review OT designs for alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Maintain governance frameworks, SOPs, and documentation.
• Support change review boards and architecture decision forums.
• Lead defect intake, triage, and remediation cycles.
• Track defects and remediation progress and report milestones.
• Facilitate weekly defect review meetings with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with OT architects, cybersecurity, and product owners.
• Provide governance guidance to site teams on defects.
• Develop standard work and LEAN process improvements.
• Review and approve OT architecture designs for security and compliance.
