Job summary

EY is seeking a highly skilled OT Senior Architecture & Governance Issues/Defect Solution Analyst to join the Operational Technology (OT) team. This role drives architectural integrity, governance compliance, and effective defect resolution across OT environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure OT systems are secure, compliant, and continuously improved through governance and defect management processes, providing oversight for designs, tracking defects, and reporting

Qualifications

• Experience in Operational Technology environments and governance.
• End-to-end issues management and defect handling experience.
• Defect intake, exception review, and change request workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review OT designs for alignment with enterprise standards.
• Maintain governance frameworks, SOPs and documentation.
• Support architecture decision forums and change reviews.
• Lead defect intake, triage and remediation cycles.
• Track and report defects, risks and remediation progress.
• Facilitate weekly defect review meetings and follow-ups.
