Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced OT Senior Architecture & Governance professional to join the Operational Technology team. You will oversee defects and governance across OT environments, ensuring security and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.

Responsibilities include tracking defects, supporting architecture decisions, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) environments and governance.
• Experience with end-to-end issues management and defect tracking.
• Ability to build and manage SOPs, trackers, and reporting templates.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISA/IEC 62443).
• Knowledge of security controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption).

Responsibilities

• Review OT system designs for alignment with enterprise standards.
• Maintain governance frameworks, SOPs, and documentation.
• Lead defect intake, triage, and remediation cycles.
• Track and report defects, risks, and remediation progress.
• Facilitate weekly defect review meetings with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with OT architects, cybersecurity teams, and product owners.
• Provide guidance to site teams on governance and defect-related matters.
• Develop and maintain OT architecture governance processes.
