Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an OT Senior Architecture & Governance Issues/Defect Solution Analyst to strengthen governance, security, and defect resolution across OT environments. You will collaborate with OT architects, cybersecurity teams, and product owners to ensure designs meet standards.

You will lead defect intake and remediation cycles, support architecture approvals for OT systems, VLANs, and controls, and drive continuous improvement through governance and standard work.

Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology environments and governance.
• End-to-end issues management and defect lifecycle knowledge.
• Defect intake, exception review, and change workflows experience.
• Ability to build and maintain SOPs, trackers, and reporting templates.
• Familiarity with OT security controls and risk-based remediation strategies.
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NERC CIP, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISA/IEC 62443).

Responsibilities

• Lead defect intake, triage, and remediation cycles.
• Track and report on new and existing defects, risks, and remediation progress.
• Facilitate weekly defect review meetings and follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Provide architecture oversight for OT systems, VLANs and controls.
• Collaborate with OT architects, cybersecurity teams, and product owners.
• Develop governance frameworks and standard work for OT architecture.
