Job summary

EY seeks an OT Senior Architecture & Governance Issues/Defect Solution Analyst to drive architectural integrity, governance compliance, and effective defect resolution across OT environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, compliant OT systems and continuous improvement through governance and defect management processes.

You will support the OT manager with defect tracking, architecture approvals for OT systems, VLANs, and controls, and contribute to reporting

Qualifications

Experience with OT environments and governance.
Experience with end-to-end issues management and exceptions/defects.
Experience with defect intake, exception review, and change request workflows.
Ability to build and manage SOPs, trackers, and reporting templates.
Familiarity with manufacturing, shopfloor, ICs, building management, or other OT environments.

Responsibilities

Lead defect intake, triage, and remediation cycles.
Track and report on new and existing defects, risks, and remediation progress.
Facilitate weekly defect review meetings and ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders.
Review and validate OT system designs for alignment with architecture standards.
Maintain governance frameworks, SOPs, and documentation.
