Job summary

Ayden Healthcare of Waterville and Wauseon seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our team. This role focuses on developing individualized care plans for residents in skilled nursing facilities and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The OT will support transitions to home or school-based services and work across facilities to ensure comprehensive rehabilitation and positive outcomes for patients with diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in occupational therapy within skilled nursing facilities or acute care settings.
• Ability to develop care plans and discharge planning processes for diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of physiology and its application in therapeutic practices.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders, is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• A commitment to providing high-quality patient service while fostering a supportive environment for rehabilitation.
