Ayden Healthcare Waterville is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in skilled nursing and acute care settings. The OT will develop and implement individualized care plans to help patients achieve rehabilitation goals, and will float between Ayden Healthcare of Waterville and Ayden Healthcare of Wauseon.

Candidates should have experience in skilled nursing facilities or acute care, strong communication, and a commitment to high‑quality patient service.

Formación

• Proven experience in occupational therapy within skilled nursing facilities or acute care settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with developing care plans and discharge planning processes for diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of physiology and its application in therapeutic practices is essential.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders, is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals are required.
• A commitment to providing high-quality patient service while fostering a supportive environment for rehabilitation.
