New Hampshire Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency (NHDFMR) is seeking an experienced Osteopathic Physician Preceptor to teach per diem in a community family medicine residency. The program trains residents to deliver team-based, equitable care, including underserved populations, within a three-hospital system in Concord, NH.

Applicants must be BE/BC Family Medicine physicians with NH licensure and a DEA certificate.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Family Medicine is required or board-eligible.
• New Hampshire licensure is required to practice.
• DEA certificate is required to prescribe controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Teach in a community family medicine residency.
