Wizard is seeking a developer-facing engineer to build the open source foundation around the .wiz format, the reference library, and the plugins/presets SDK. You will craft examples, llms.txt, and evals to demonstrate how agents operate on Wizard, while also guiding open source releases, docs, and community contributions.

You will report to the Founding AI/ML Engineer and spend half your time shipping core tooling and the other half making it legible and loved through tutorials, talks, and

• Ship production code in C++ and at least one scripting language such as Python or TypeScript.
• API/format design that remains pleasant and usable years from now.
• Clear writing; docs and examples that get developers to working results quickly.
• Open source maintenance: releases, community growth, and project stewardship.

Responsabilidades

• Ship the .wiz format spec, reference library, and docs with the team lead.
• Ship SDK v0 for plugins and presets with real examples before public launch.
• Create examples, llms.txt, and evals to show how agents use Wizard.
• Run and maintain open source repos, issues, contribution guidelines, and releases.
• Seed the Wizard Marketplace with its first creators of plugins and presets.
• Build a developer community through demos, talks, livestreams, and meetups.
