Job summary

ImOn Communications is seeking a Systems Analyst I or II to manage OSS/BSS applications, ensure data integrity, and support incident resolution. The role spans data validation, system integration, and ongoing improvements to critical business processes at the Cedar Rapids corporate office.

Candidates should have IT education, strong Excel/SQL skills, and a drive to learn in a telecom environment. This is a full-time, on-site role within the Information Technology department.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical users.
• Basic proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel for data validation and analysis.
• Understanding of incident, service request processes and ITIL-based practices.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, data flows, and middleware is a plus.
• Ability to learn new systems with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Validate data from engineering teams and input into the OSS/BSS system while maintaining data integrity.
• Triages, escalates, and resolves incidents and service requests within SLAs.
• Monitor ticket queues and communicate with stakeholders with accurate updates.
• Support system integration, data validation, and troubleshooting interface issues.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and migrations with testing and validation.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and processes for the team.
