Location: This role involves both on-site work in the office and travel to sites in York or Lancaster County.

Job Type: Full-time salaried exempt.

Compensation: $90K to $125K with benefits including 401K & PTO.

Job Overview

As an OSP (Outside Plant) Project Manager, you will oversee aerial and underground crews performing new construction builds and maintenance. You will support project teams in planning and execution, resolve issues, manage resources, coordinate projects, interface with client representatives, oversee project accounting, and mentor staff. You will also manage third-party suppliers and overall project performance, with authority to develop proposals and assign projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report on project status and performance data.
• Participate in conflict resolution and risk mitigation across all project phases.
• Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Implement infrastructure and processes for project deployment.
• Manage a small team or lead complex initiatives as an individual contributor.
• Ensure team goals and business relationships align with high-performance standards.
• Promote accountability and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage additional resources, including hiring, training, and mentoring.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing mid-scale projects in construction and utility industries.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel 50-60%.
• Ability to pass drug screening, background, and MVR checks, and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Ability to sit, stand, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 10 pounds.
• Perform desk-based computer tasks and move within the work environment.
