You will oversee scope, scheduling, budgeting, and safety, coordinating with engineers, permitting teams, and clients to ensure compliance with design specifications. The role requires PMP and OSHA-30 experience, with a strong track record in project leadership, cost control, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of project management experience.
• Proven leadership, budgeting, and client coordination.
• Strong knowledge of construction management and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale OSP construction projects from initiation through closeout.
• Oversee scope, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and quality control.
• Manage multiple subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with engineering, permitting, and client representatives to ensure compliance with design specs and regulations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and progress reports.
• Monitor performance, productivity, and safety metrics.
• Oversee cost tracking, change management, and financial reporting.
• Serve as primary client contact for construction-related matters.
