Job summary

Wire 3 is seeking an OSP-Field Supervisor in Florida to oversee construction activities, ensure compliance with PMM and safety protocols, and support project planning and execution. The role requires coordinating with regional leaders, QA/QC, and subcontractors to meet production goals.

The candidate should have a college degree or technical certification and prior experience managing OSP projects, with strong communication and risk-management skills.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• College Degree or Technical Certification preferred; OSP project experience preferred.
• Experience managing projects for OSP; oversight of contractors is useful.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary liaison between Regional Manager, Construction Manager and QA/QC Techs.
• Contribute to management of overall project performance.
• Assist in identifying stakeholder conflicts and facilitating resolution.
• Communicate project risks to the Regional Manager and assist in risk mitigation steps.
• Assists in implementing project/program plans as assigned.
• Assist and guide QA/QC Techs on completion and inspection-ready segments of construction.
• Effectively communicate within the assigned project population.
• Responsible for safe work practices and implementing company safety programs for all crews.
• Works with local governing agencies and subcontractors to meet or exceed production goals.
• Supports the Utility Coordinator on the locate process to ensure workflow and minimize downtime.
