Job summary

Wire 3 is seeking an OSP Field Supervisor in Jacksonville, FL to oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with PMM, safety, and quality standards. The role involves coordinating crews, contractors, and QA/QC technicians while maintaining production goals and reporting progress to regional management.

Ideal candidates will have a college degree or technical certification, experience managing OSP projects, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• College degree or technical certification preferred.
• Experience managing projects in an OSP environment required.
• Oversight of contractors strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Regional Manager, Construction Manager, and QA/QC Technicians.
• Contribute to the management of overall project performance.
• Identify stakeholder conflicts and facilitate resolution under guidance.
• Communicate project risks to the Regional Manager and assist in risk mitigation.
• Assist in implementing project and program plans as assigned.
• Guide QA/QC Technicians on completion and inspection-ready segments of construction.
• Ensure safe work practices and safety program compliance for crews.
• Coordinate with local agencies and subcontractors to meet production goals.
• Support utility locate process to minimize downtime for crews.
• Provide reports to Regional Management as directed.
• Oversee equipment fleet care and maintenance coordination.
• Manage use of tools and track crew productivity and progress.
