CTDI is seeking an OSP Assistant Engineer in Logan Township, NJ, on-site, full-time. The role requires completing OSP field surveys and managing engineering from award to closeout, with permitting and coordination duties.

1st shift, pay $20.00-$32.00 per hour, depending on experience. Qualifications include high school diploma, strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and ability to work independently or in a team to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the OSP engineering process from project award through permit closeout and As-Built/Make Ready submittal.
• Accountable for total project scope and quality control.
• Permitting with state DOTs, cities, counties, railroads, environmental, and other authorities.
• Make Ready/As-Built process for aerial construction projects.
• Take detailed field notes for the design.
• Document changes of customer specifications.
• Coordinate with pole owners/utilities regarding submittals and construction requirements.
