RJE Telecom in the New Jersey market is seeking an OSP Engineering Field Tech to design and manage outside plant work orders and drawings under general supervision. You will coordinate with drafting and GIS teams and plan new cable routes, with site visits across designated NJ areas.

Qualifications

• Two years of Telecom OSP Engineering experience
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare outside plant work orders and drawings
• Provide estimates for work order expenditures and placement
• Coordinate with drafting and GIS personnel to produce construction drawings
• Plan, design, and obtain permits for new cable routes
• Design aerial and underground telecommunications plant routes
• Other duties as assigned
