Job summary

CTDI is looking for a dedicated OSP Engineer to oversee the engineering process in the telecommunications sector from project award to completion. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.

Position offers competitive pay between $20.00 - $32.00 per hour based on experience, with benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and a supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Must manage the OSP engineering process from project award through permit closeout.
• Accountable for total project scope and quality control.
• Flexibility to take on additional projects and job duties.

Responsibilities

• Track and report on job progress.
• Coordinate activities with pole owners and utilities.
• Take detailed field notes for the design.
