Job summary

GoNetspeed is seeking a Field Engineer/Project Manager to support the OSP Engineering Department. The role involves designing outside plant installations, coordinating line extensions, and managing projects from inception to completion with travel to job sites.

Candidates should have telecom project management experience, familiarity with CAD/ESRI/Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills to meet deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of Telecom project management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Telecom construction and field processes.
• CAD/ESRI/Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop outside plant installation, upgrades, and construction.
• Support line setup, staking, and extensions planning.
• Conduct job costing activities and price components.
• Plan and manage new construction of outside plant network structures.
• Coordinate permitting with agencies and obtain rights-of-way.
• Maintain field data and update drawings with mapping teams.
