Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager – Outside Plant (OSP) to lead field construction activities and crews across multiple OSP projects. You will drive safe, on-time, on-budget execution while upholding quality and professionalism.

The role requires hands-on leadership, regional travel, and collaboration with project teams to align plans with schedules and client expectations. Prior OSP leadership and strong budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Outside Plant (OSP) construction with field leadership.
• Experience directing field crews, subcontractors, and construction teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly to multiple job sites across regions.
• Strong understanding of schedules, budgets, permits, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead field-based construction activities across multiple OSP projects.
• Oversee field crews, provide coaching and accountability for daily operations.
• Monitor progress against milestones and budgets; mitigate delays and risks.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and complies with regulations.
• Serve as field liaison with clients, municipalities, and subcontractors.
