Joink, LLC seeks an entry-level OSP Technician I to assist in installing and maintaining fiber optic infrastructure. The role operates under close supervision, learning industry standards, safety protocols, and operational practices.

The position involves outdoor work year-round, travel between Joink regions up to 10-15% time, and mandatory overtime on Fridays with voluntary Saturdays. Training includes learning construction practices and DOT physical requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with locating utilities and following construction paths.
• Operate basic hand tools and light machinery.
• Support team with material transport/setup, maintain clean and safe work sites, and perform basic restoration work.
• Driving duties include conveying materials, equipment, or staff to and from work sites and ability to meet necessary FMCSA requirements (includes passing the DOT physical).
