Lightpath seeks an OSP Project Manager to support the construction of the Lightpath Fiber Network in Ohio by coordinating design and construction efforts with the OSP management team. The PM will onboard drilling contractors, schedule field work, lead preconstruction meetings, and oversee inspectors and a construction manager to install and test fiber cables.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree and/or 3–5 years in similar field preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.
• Ability to understand/learn fiber network construction processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and GIS mapping tools.

Mansioni

• Define and manage end-to-end project plans for the network build from evaluation through approval, design/engineering, permitting, construction, and installation.
• Manage daily construction and installation of underground fiber network with field team.
• Ensure inspectors and construction managers log daily progress in GIS system.
• Coordinate preconstruction meetings with contractors and city inspectors.
• Process contractor invoices and ensure alignment with field data.
• Maintain organized trackers and daily/weekly progress reporting.
• Work with utilities and municipalities on locate and permit processes.
• Identify and remove project roadblocks and forecast outcomes.
