Job summary

Broadstaff is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead outside plant fiber construction activities in the Lima, OH market. The role oversees field crews, coordinates with contractors, and ensures safety and quality standards are met on a major telecom deployment.

The position offers a company take-home vehicle, fuel card, laptop and field equipment, PPE, and potential contract extensions based on project needs; travel across the assigned market is expected.

Qualifications

This role will oversee outside plant (OSP) construction activities, manage contractors, ensure quality and safety compliance, and help keep projects on schedule and within budget.
