You will manage schedules, review splice plans and drawings, and report progress to leadership. A strong splicing background and leadership experience are required for success in this fast-paced telecom environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fiber optic splicing experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing fiber splicing operations or field teams.
• Experience leading large-scale fiber deployment projects.
• Strong understanding of aerial and underground fiber construction.
• Advanced knowledge of OTDR testing, fiber certification, and troubleshooting.

Broadstaff is seeking a Fiber Splicing Construction Manager to support a major fiber network deployment project in Indiana. This individual will oversee fiber splicing operations, manage field teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to customer quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a fiber construction leader with a strong technical splicing background who thrives in a fast-paced telecom construction environment.
