Job summary

Lumosfiber is seeking a full-time OSP Construction Project Engineer in Kentucky, to oversee the construction and installation of telecom networks. This role involves managing local subcontractor relationships and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of technical experience in OSP Engineering, a strong understanding of telecommunications, and excellent project management skills. A competitive compensation package and benefits will be provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' technical experience in OSP Engineering, Construction, or Operations.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Fiber or Telecom industry experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with subcontractors for managing OSP crews.
• Tracks project progress and reports to internal teams.
• Ensures OSP subcontractor crews meet NESC code for aerial construction.
