The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, strong project management skills, and proficiency in tools like Smart Sheets and Microsoft Office.

As a key player, you will work closely with subcontractors and internal teams, contributing to our growth by delivering exceptional fiber optic services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ technical experience working in OSP Engineering, Construction, or Operations.
• Valid, fully unencumbered Driver’s License required.
• Proactive, independent with ability to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local subcontractors.
• Track crew progress and report to internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
