Job summary

Project Resources Group (PRG) is seeking an experienced OSP Construction Coordinator in Issaquah, Washington to oversee outside plant telecommunications projects. This hybrid role combines field and office responsibilities, including supervising underground and aerial fiber installation, coordinating permitting, ensuring safety compliance, and managing project documentation.

  • Three (3) years of experience in underground cable construction.
  • Strong knowledge of fiber construction and dig laws/regulations.
  • Proven ability to lead subcontractors and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work indoors/outdoors, travel daily to sites, and perform physical tasks in varied conditions.
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime.
