Job summary

Kavaliro is seeking a Systems Analyst in Pleasanton, CA for a contract opportunity to serve as the OSIS SME, supporting data synchronization between ARCHIBUS, OSIS, and Microsoft Places. The role focuses on configuring hierarchies, onboarding spaces, and ensuring accurate publishing across platforms.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT supporting workplace technologies and strong communication skills to collaborate with Occupancy Planning, Workplace Services, and Microsoft 365 teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting workplace technology, facilities systems, or enterprise applications.
• Experience with OSIS, Microsoft Places, ARCHIBUS or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting data migrations, system implementations, or publishing processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, data validation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure OSIS building and floor hierarchies; link spaces; support Microsoft Places onboarding.
• Execute recurring publishing and synchronization from ARCHIBUS through OSIS to Microsoft Places.
• Validate publishing results; troubleshoot failures and discrepancies across OSIS and Microsoft Places.
• Coordinate with Occupancy Planning, OSIS support teams, and Microsoft 365 administrators to resolve issues.
• Maintain publishing procedures and validation guidelines with stakeholders.
