CA​CI International Inc. is seeking an OSINT Collector to support a new multi-Intelligence Emerging and Disruptive Biological Effects collection team in Reston, Virginia.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and hands-on OSINT collection using SILO or Bluestone tools. The position involves analyzing open-source information on biosafety topics, producing written reports, and coordinating with colleagues across intelligence disciplines.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI clearance.
• Current Polygraph or willingness to complete one.
• Any OSINT Certification.
• Experience conducting Open-Source Collection using SILO and/or Bluestone Dark Pursuit or other tools.

Responsibilities

• Conducts open-source intelligence collection of publicly available information on Emerging and Disruptive Technology, biosafety, and biosecurity.
• Identifies trends, protocols, and relationships that provide insight into worldwide biosafety and biosecurity topics.
• Identifies publicly and commercially available data sources of biodefense related data for ingest into MARS.
• Consolidate findings into written reports.
• Collaborate with collectors from other intelligence disciplines and analysts.
