Job summary

LIS Solutions is seeking a Mid-Level Language-Enabled OSINT Collector to conduct OSINT collection on foreign sources, develop collection plans, and produce OSIRs in support of defense intelligence needs. This role requires active TS/SCI clearance and non-native English competency.

Based in Reston, VA, the position emphasizes language-enabled analysis (Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Arabic) and adherence to Defense Intelligence reporting standards, with a focus on timely production and quality

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Intelligence Community experience required
• 8+ years OSINT collection, research, and analysis with recent experience

Responsibilities

• Conducts OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and provide intelligence requirements
• Creates collection plans, drafts OSIRs, and supports OSINT analytic production requirements
• Contributes to OSIR quality reviews and language-based insights and expertise
• Ensures all reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements
