Job summary

LIS Solutions in Reston, VA is seeking a Junior-Level Language-Enabled OSINT Collector to perform OSINT collection on foreign sources and develop collection plans. You will draft OSINT Reports (OSIRs) and support analytic production while contributing to language-based insights.

The role requires 3–7 years of OSINT experience, a language-enabled background, and an ILR language certification commitment within 12 months. Security clearance is mandatory and English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 3–7 years OSINT collection, research, and analysis
• Must be language-enabled (Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Arabic, OR as required)
• Must pass ILR/DLTP language certification within 12 months
• English comprehension at ILR 3+; read/listen, write at 3+ or higher
• Contract staff (non-native) must pass an English competency test (TOEFL)

Responsibilities

• Conduits OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and provide intelligence requirements
• Creates collection plans, drafts Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and supports OSINT analytic production requirements
• Contributes to OSIR quality reviews and language-based insights and expertise
• Ensures all reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements
