Job summary

Base-2 Solutions seeks a Training Coordinator to support USSOUTHCOM J26 ENHANCED DOMAIN AWARENESS tasks. The role oversees OSINT reporting training, geospatial tools, and dashboards for partner nations, applying instructional design and adult learning methods to ensure effective knowledge transfer in diverse environments.

The candidate will conduct hands-on sessions, adapt content to evolving needs, and facilitate cross-cultural information exchange while leveraging ESRI ArcGIS and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent training experience.
• Knowledge of OSINT methodologies, geospatial data analysis, or intelligence tradecraft.
• Exposure to ESRI ArcGIS and/or dashboard analytics or other mission tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OSINT reporting training for partner nations.
• Manage training on geospatial tools and dashboards.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions.
• Facilitate cross-cultural knowledge transfer.
