Job summary

Invictus International Consulting is seeking an OSINT Collector in Reston, VA or Bethesda, MD to support national security missions. The role conducts OSINT collection on foreign sources, analyzes digital footprints, and drafts OSIRs under guidance.

Based in Reston or Bethesda, the analyst uses MA OSINT tools, maps networks, and evaluates sources to inform investigations. Spanish fluency and at least two years of OSINT experience are required, with TS/SCI and CI polygraph eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of relevant OSINT experience.
• Spanish fluency required.
• Experience with OSINT tools, Managed Attribution, and OSIR writing.
• TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OSINT collection on foreign sources using MA and OSINT tools to identify patterns and produce intelligence requirements.
• Create collection plans; contribute to OSIR quality reviews.
• Draft OSIRs with guidance from senior OSINT collector.
• Analyze digital footprints, map networks, track entity identifiers, and evaluate source credibility and relevance.
• Utilize COTS OSINT software, managed attribution tradecraft, and data visualization tools.
