Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented OSINT Collector - Junior to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Provide management-related products and data calls.
  • Develop OSINT Collection Requirements within Government tasking, ensuring they conform to standards, are published in the correct system of record, and contribute to Army OSINT collection doctrine, policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Manage the Army OSINT Enterprises' Collector Identifier Number Database and produce Collection Management-related products and data calls.
  • Provide timely, tailored, and shareable information environment intelligence.
  • Support validation, tipping, cueing of other intelligence functions, and monitor for indicators and warnings.
  • Expand traditional reports to provide context within the theater’s information environment.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Ability to support contingency operations, battle staff, operational planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement across Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI). This includes analysis and research related to industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic data, and targeted vulnerabilities.
  • Capability to monitor and analyze political, military, and economic developments within the AORs and AOIs.
  • Knowledge to assess political-military developments, military capabilities, doctrine, weapons acquisitions, and military employment within each country, including the U.S.
  • Skills to research, author, coordinate threat assessments, develop analytical procedures, support intelligence product development, present analysis to customers, and support policy and procedures development for agency, interagency, or community support.
