Job summary

Hoplite Group seeks an Open-Source Intelligence Collection Manager (Journeyman Level) at Fort Belvoir, VA. You will coordinate OSINT priorities with Army, interagency partners, and government leaders to align collection activities with mission requirements.

Required are TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of intelligence ops, and experience in intelligence collection management or OSINT. You will brief senior leaders and collaborate with government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in Defense/Intelligence Community intelligence support operations.
• Experience in intelligence collection management or OSINT Enterprise operations.
• Strong understanding of the Intelligence Cycle and OSINT planning/documentation requirements.
• Experience working within US military or IC organizations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure compliance with policies.
• Experience coordinating with government reps, Mission Managers, and stakeholders.
• Experience briefing senior leaders and executives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates OSINT collection priorities and taskings across Army, interagency, and partners as directed by government leaders.
• Decomposes requirements into Essential Elements of Information and specific tasks.
• Monitors IC and OSINT systems to identify requirements and aligns them to collection activities.
• Evaluates OSINT products for their response to intelligence requirements and updates collection systems.
• Coordinates with Mission Managers to identify resources for service-level support.
• Participates in community groups to clarify intelligence support requirements and enterprise federation.
• Collaborates with team members, government reps, and industry partners on new programs and platforms.
• Ensures Enterprise elements comply with applicable U.S. government collection policies.
