Job summary

Citi Security and Investigative Services (CSIS) seeks an Open Source Intelligence Senior Analyst to lead OSINT analyses for complex investigations and high‑risk events. Based in Tampa, FL, or Charlotte, NC, you will monitor threats across open sources and deliver concise, actionable intelligence through written and oral briefings.

The role requires at least 5 years in OSINT, strong data collection skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree with relevant certifications a plus.
• 5+ years of open source intelligence analysis or related investigations.
• Strong ability to gather, evaluate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Lead open source analysis for CSIS investigations including fraud, cyber, insider threats.
• Use advanced techniques to monitor threats from social media, deep/dark web, and other open sources.
• Apply qualitative/quantitative methods to produce actionable intelligence and reports.
• Develop innovative solutions to intelligence gaps with stakeholders.
• Deliver findings in written briefs and oral presentations.
• Manage multiple projects with global teams and tight timelines
